Job Responsibilities:

l       Act as the first point of contact to provide technical assistance

l       Conduct hardware, software or computer systems testing and maintenance

l       Troubleshoot computers and IT problems

l       Provide desk side support to users including PC setup, application support, network setup, software installation and configuration

l       Assist in sourcing vendors for IT related equipments/items and inventory control

l       Perform PCs and Servers Backup and Restore

l       Prepare application documentation

l       Perform ad hoc task as required

Job Requirements:

l    Higher Diploma Holder or above in Information System / Computer Science or related discipline

l       Self-initiative, patient, service-oriented and good team spirit

l       Possess good problem solving and interpersonal skills

l       Relevant I.T. experience in F&B

l      Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin are required for supporting local and PRC users
