Responsibilities:

• Ensure a secure and stable environment for IT network infrastructure, network equipment and IT platform
• Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to complete assigned projects/tasks on schedule and ensure daily operation running smoothly
• Manage a team to support any system fault or incident, including 24x7 standby support for the critical system
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide appropriate solutions
• Put effort to keep abreast of relevant latest regulatory requirements, industry initiatives, protocols, relevant technology and solutions
• Handle routine administration tasks, service and contract management on IT services

Requirements:

• At least 5 years working experience in IT or Engineeringwith at least 1 year in supervisory role
• Degree holder in Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines
• Familiar with Microsoft products and solutions
• Knowledge in Cisco networking solution and IT infrastructure are in advantage
• Quick learner, strong analytical, influencing and problem solving skills
• A good team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
