Job Description: 

• Lead the finishing, washing development and pre- production process (such as Blanket/Shade band) by working closely with Sales and overseas customers
• Apply production-friendly finishing technique to production so as to maximize the quality stability and profit 
• Oversee all sample development and R&D merchandising work
• Provide technical support services to factory & customers on dry & wet processing

Job Requirement: 

• Higher Diploma holder in Textile & Clothing graduate preferable
• Min 8 years relevant experience in denim product 
• Fluent in both written and spoken Eng and Mandarin
• Possess good knowledge in washing technique 
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Station in Zhongshan, PRC
