Job Description:

• Interpret product information from headquarter and suppliers, share that knowledge with internal teams;
• Act as the knowledge center of products, provide product training to internal teams and maintain their product knowledge capability;
• Provide technical support (certification, documents) for tender and custom clearing;
• Initiate promotion strategy & campaign to boost up sales of old and new products;
• Select suitable products to stock, manage stock inventory and alert management for promotion and clearance campaign of slow-moving items;
• Review sales of product monthly and initiate necessary corrective action;
• Prepare master presentation file of new product / collection for sales team to present to customers;
• Find source of product and sample when ‘matching’ of a specific pattern is required;
• Communicate with local suppliers in case of local sourcing, from sample approval till QC before shipment;
• Work with A&P and marketing colleague for ATL, BTL and e-commerce material preparation;
• Communicate with suppliers regarding discount for bulk qty. and special delivery terms.

 Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Marketing or equivalent ;
• 2 years solid product management experience, preferable in consumer or interior products;
• Proficiency in MS Office application including Word, Excel & PowerPoint;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, including Mandarin;
• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills;
• Ability to gain in-depth product knowledge and share that knowledge with internal teams;
• Proficiency in market research, product comparison and analysis.
