Job Duties

• Manage individual Finance & Accounting team in Hong Kong and PRC;
• Maintenance accounting structure among Hong Kong and PRC ;
• Provide Critical financial analysis and closely monitor internal controls and procedures ;
• Assist Management Team in Group future investment projects and strategic business developments;
• Financial consolidation and reporting of the Group;
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax advisors and lawyers and ensure the company's compliance with the Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards;
• Create and develop new tools/techniques/methodologies to support business growth and enhance business excellence;

Qualifications/Professional Skills Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or the equivalent ;
• Qualified accountant with ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent qualification ;
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in PRC Manufacturing environment ;
• Familiar with PRC government and customs laws and regulations, accounting system, taxation, especially in manufacturing accounts;
• Knowledge of activity-based costing ;
• Strong business sense, analytical skills/problem solving skills, self-motivated and good Interpersonal skills ;
• Must be able to work independently and under pressure ;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is definitely an advantage.
