Responsibilities:

• Solve technical issue of our customer
• Be the interface between the customer and DSPG R&D
• Automate customer support team tools and processes
• Manage customers projects
• Provide technical training to customer and distributor
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years R&D experience in embedded HW systems (ARM CPU, RF, Acoustic, Power Management)
• Knowledge in one of the following is a strong plus:

- Digital cordless or cellular telephony application.

- VOIP

- RF performance optimization and approval testing (DECT ,WIFI )

- Acoustic ( DSP ) tuning and approval testing for cordless

- Exposure to SW (C/C++) and system development

- PCB layout

- Previous experience in customer support

• Good English and Mandarin level
• Good presentation skills
• Self motivated and can work under pressure
• Willing travel to PRC, Asia Pacific, Europe and Israel
