• Degree or Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality studies or equivalent;
• Preferably more than 4-5 years’ of experience in Hotel/Hospitality related role;
• Able to actively create solutions for often competing priorities

• Possess a keen eye for 5-star service, is detail-oriented;
• Able to deal with ad hoc solutions and actively implement training/guidance to the team
• Strong work ethic and willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ to exceed client expectations

Are U a Team Player?

• Able to work on a team, can multi-task and perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Good communication, interpersonal and professional appearance;
• Working command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of food and beverage and light book/record-keeping is essential
