We are looking for a Sales & Operation Manager for an international fragrance & beauty brand based in Hong Kong.

This world-known beauty brand has recently received a heavy investment and will have a brand revamp. They are now looking for a candidate with strong leadership and management skills to join their growing team. You will be directly reporting to the GM in HK and manage a District Manager as well as 30 Store Managers. If you are looking for a step-up within a promising business, this is a role for you!

Key responsibilities:

• Formulate initiatives to deliver sales targets, including but not limited to commission scheme and sales incentives

• Work with General Managers / Store Managers to identify key issues and opportunities for revenue growth

• Monitor sales performance through on-going analysis in sales trend, average spending, traffic, conversion ratio, transaction value, customer base, sell thru and inventory level to identify ways to improve bottom line

• Review of store operations performance so as to maximize efficiencies and productivity

• Work with Managing Director to formulate sales strategy for revenue growth

   

Candidate requirements:

• An accomplished individual, able to demonstrate excellent people management skills

• Strong management experience passion for the beauty industry and brand

• A fun, open and enthusiastic personality

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Ideally multi-store management experience
