Job Purpose

Primary functions are to sell merchandise, provide impeccable, efficient and friendly service to clients  and cooperate with fellow staff to ensure smooth operations in the sales area.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Sales & Clients Development

• Responsible for the achievement of sales target of MTM/MTO and the individual target set by the Company
• Participate in all MTM/MTO events to achieve the sales target
• Partner with the store team to acquire, develop and retain clients and build loyalty in Hong Kong
• Develop clients data base and recruit new clients
• Provide in monthly basis action plan or store initiative to develop MTM/MTO business

 Product Training

• Provide MTM training & briefing to the store team by partnering with HQ Sartorial & local Trainer and using HQ materials to ensure store team is knowledgeable about Features, Advantages, Benefits of the MTM/MTO products
• Partner with Store Manager to conduct on the spot training/role plays in-store to enhance the confidence and selling skills of the store team

Operations and after sales service

• Ensure all operation procedure follow our HQ requirement
• Monitor protocol & orders delivery schedule and follow up the production status partner with local office
• Handle and follow up all after sales service

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experiences preferably in the role specialized in MTM, in a supervisory level position
• Energetic, outgoing and self-motivated
• Passion in fashion industry, customer service-oriented
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
