SKILL:

• Secondary school completion
• At least 5 years shipping experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications, MS Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Good English, Chinese & Mandarin command.
• Independent, well organized

DUTIES:

• Handle full set of I/E shipping documents independently
• Knowledge in full set of L/C, banking documents & I/E Tradelink Declaration.
• Liaison with factories, forwarders & transportation companies
• Update date to computer system (ERP)
• Immediately available is preferred
