Area Manager, Relationship Management  

The incumbent will be responsible for soliciting and growing SME businesses at upper segment and overseeing and monitoring the credit quality of the loan portfolio with sound judgment to ensure high credit quality. He/She will assist Head of Services and Sales in developing and implementing effective sale and strategic plans on various business initiatives to achieve business/sales targets. He/She will also ensure all external/internal control measures are compliance with the Group/Bank’s policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

• University degree in related discipline
• Minimum of ten year’s relevant experience in the area of sales and marketing, with at least three years in managerial/supervisory role
• Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations and fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
• Self-motivation, with strong leadership, people management and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
