Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing the Company safety policy and ensuring our site safety standards are met
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety walks
• Prepare regularly reports of site safety inspection and audit reports
• Identify hazards and establish operational procedures
• Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, recommend corrective and preventive measures
• Ensure all safety rules and regulations are observed and complied
• identify areas of improvement, develop and implement appropriate action if needed
• Provide health and safety training to all levels of employees and workers of the subcontractors and keep properly the training records
• Promote safety awareness to all employees and workers for the prevention of accident, injury and damage to property
• Assist in the preparation of health and safety rules for site activities and operations
• Assist in monitoring and controlling the environmental performance of all projects to ensure compliance with relevant arrangements and requirements

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent
• Registered Safety Officer of Labour Department
• Holder of First Aid Certificate
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction / fitting out field and at least 2 years in supervisory level.
• Familiar with statutory and regulatory safety requirements
• Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001 working procedures
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Good computer skills including Microsoft office application
• Self-motivated, mature, responsible, well-organized with good interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving and able to work under pressure
