1./ Assistant Account Officer

Responsibilities

• Handle General Accounting Ledger (incl. AR, AP)
• Prepare Insurance of Invoices, Debit Notes
• Preparing Account Schedule, Reports preparation & analysis
• liaise with external auditors
• Assist ad hoc Operation orders and administrative works

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above, best with LCCI Level 2
• Min. 4-5 years relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts
• Competency in PC software applications
• Willing to learn, hardworking responsible, good communication skills
• Good command of both English and Cantonese and decent Mandarin are expected
• Immediate available is preferred

2./ Senior Accounts Clerk

 Responsibilities

• assist account officer to handle full set accounting & monthly closing for few entities
• Handle all-rounded accounting duties, eg. data input, issue / bank in chq, bank rec., MPF etc.
• Handle account reconciliations with vendors and clients
• Perform ad hoc duties

Requirements

• Diploma or above, best with LCCI Level 1
• Min. 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Competency in PC software applications
• Willing to learn, hardworking responsible, good communication skills
• Good command of both English and Cantonese and decent Mandarin are expected
