Responsibilities:

• Report to Manager, lead a team of 5 staffs 
• Oversees the operation of the branch office and monitor the performance of the frontline staffs on a daily basis.
• Maximize revenue growth through the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of sales operations programs and initiatives
• Assist in the formulation of sales strategies and frontline staff’s incentive programs to maximize sales and returns for the Company.
• Perform data analysis and evaluation

Requirement:

• University graduate in Business Administration or a related discipline
• 3 -5 years’ relevant experience in sales management / analysis, 2 years or above supervisory experience
• Detail-oriented, analytical, highly sensitive to figures and with strong business acumen
• Proven ability of sales support and/or customer service representatives.
• Good in English and Cantonese
• Immediate available
