Retail Operation Officer

Responsibilities:

- Provide sales operation support to both internal and external customers;

- Track marketing performance and generate analysis reports regularly for business needs and decision-making purpose;

- Participate in system testing and co-ordinate user requirements;

- Other ad hoc project assigned.

Requirements:

- Diploma holder in any discipline or above, preferably in Statistics or Information Technology;

- Solid experience in call center or relevant field, knowledge in Excel and Chinese word-processing is an advantage;

- Good communication, inter-personal skills and customer-oriented attitude;

- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Good spoken Mandarin is an advantage);

- Immediate available is preferred.
