TREASURY
Treasury Strategy Manager

The incumbent will perform planning function of the Bank’s treasury business by analyzing operating environment, monitoring competitor / market trends, reviewing developments of new products / services, and assisting in formulating corresponding business strategies.  He / She will work closely with treasury business heads on the budgeting plan, as well as liaise with various internal parties on the implementation of key projects.  He / She will update treasury staff on latest compliance matters, introduce necessary control measures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:  

• University degree in Economics, Finance or a related discipline
• Fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance an advantage
• Minimum of six years' experience in banking industry, with solid experience in handling financial projections and business planning
• High resilience, with good communication, interpersonal and project management skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
