Fuji Electric Hong Kong Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fuji Electric Group based in Japan, undertakes the trading business of power semiconductor devices and photoreceptor.

Responsibilities:

• To provide all-rounded general administration support in various administration functions which includes responding to calls for facility repair, purchasing of office supplies & printing stationery, greeting visitors, sorting correspondence and managing a petty cash account;
• To provide secretarial support which includes screening phone calls, travel arrangement, meeting coordination, car arrangement, expenses claims and billing administrative work;
• To arrange renewal of maintenance contract, and expatriate’s working visa;
• To maintain the tidiness of office and normal operation of office equipment;
• To assist in co-ordination of office renovation project and company functions.

Requirement:

• F.5 or above with at least 3 years relevant working experience;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, attentive to details, independent, proactive and able to work well with minimal supervision;
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Office.
