Requirement 

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge on ERP system with hands on experience
• Proficiency in MS Office,
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both oral and written)
• Detailed-oriented, well organized with the ability to prioritize, and able to cope with tight deadlines under   pressure
• Self-motivated, Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Member of the HKICPA or equivalent will be a plus

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and streamline the group financial management system
• Responsible for the financial affairs of Hong Kong Head Office and PRC office, including but not limited to: Accounting bookkeeping and monthly closing, financial reports and analysis, financial procedure and budget control
• Provide financial support on the business activities to the functional department
• Prepare accounting & business reports and construction cost analyses;
• Support system implementation process
• Assist in ad hoc projects when required
• Assist in the Treasury function to closely monitor the Group’s cash flow and funding
