Assistant Card Portfolio Management Manager

The incumbent will assist in formulating and implementing of new business initiatives to drive credit card usage performance and launching below-the-line marketing programs, monitor credit card loyalty and year round programs to grow card spending volume.  He / She will negotiate with external business partners to solicit promotion co-operations and collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective launch of marketing programs, as well as prepare sales analyses and evaluate relevant program results for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum of five years’ marketing experience, with exposure to credit card business / banking industry an advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal and project management skills
• Strong self-motivation and customer orientation, with ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Card Portfolio Management Officer)
