Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting operation and general administration task
- Responsible for expenses claims, cheque payments and bank reconciliations
- Provide secretarial support to senior management
- Experience in human resources would be advantage
- Prepare reports for analysis
- Assist in any ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- LCCI Intermediate or above in Accounting;
- Minimum 3 years solid working experience in accounting and administrative;
- Good command of both written and spoken in English & Mandarin;
- Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good interpersonal & organization skills, self-motivated proactively and independently;
- Immediate available preferred
