Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting operation and general administration task
  • Responsible for expenses claims, cheque payments and bank reconciliations
  • Provide secretarial support to senior management
  • Experience in human resources would be advantage
  • Prepare reports for analysis
  • Assist in any ad hoc assignments

 

Requirements:

  • LCCI Intermediate or above in Accounting;
  • Minimum 3 years solid working experience in accounting and administrative;
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English & Mandarin;
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good interpersonal & organization skills, self-motivated proactively and independently;
  • Immediate available preferred
