Duties and Responsibilities:

• Quickly learn and digest new industries as projects are sourced
• Work on multiple projects and transactions at any given time
• Perform detailed valuation analyses for buy-side transactions and sell-side pitches
• Position companies and write memoranda for sell-side M&A
• Participate in all aspects of due diligence
• Research buy-side and sell-side target opportunities
• Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, industry assessments, target opportunities and other general corporate finance topics

Requirements:

• Minimum of undergraduate degree in financing, accounting or related field; graduate degree preferred
• Team player with ability to work independently and be a self-starter
• Strong problem solving, analytical, technical, modeling and client management skills
• Superior presentation skills
• Attention to detail
• High level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong communication skills, including fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
