Our client, a reputable Japanese bank, is seeking for a high-calibre professional to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and develop banking products or services for Japanese Corporate in the area of corporate finance, structured & trade finance, transaction banking and treasure products, etc.
• Prepare credit proposals and related reports, monitor credit risk and negotiate credit issues with head office
• Coordinate with other branches, divisions, group companies for business promotion and cross-selling
• As a potential candidate of team leader, take the leadership and manage teammates to meet financial targets

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or Business, or related disciplines
• At least 8 years’ marketing and credit experience in banking industry
• Solid experience in credit proposal writing and assessment
• Good report writing skills and able to work under pressure
• Mature, stable and self-motivated
• Outgoing, be a good team player with good communication skills
• Good leadership and management skills, with experience in leading subordinates is an advantage
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Japanese. Cantonese/Mandarin language skill is highly advantageous
