Our Client, a well-established bank, is urgently looking for Investment Consultant (IC) / Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) to join their group.    

Responsibilities:

• To implement sales plans to achieve sales targets Assist the District Manager to drive the investment sales business (unit trusts, equity-linked deposit, currency-linked deposit and bonds) for a cluster of branches
• Provide investment advisory support to relationship managers and existing customers.
• Drive the sales promotions to meet the designated sales targets.
• Develop frontline staff through on-the-job coaching and classroom training.
• Arrange investment seminars for prospective customers and be the speaker of small-scale seminars
• To ensure full compliance of both legal and internal requirements      

Requirements:

• Degree holder with professional qualifications such as CFP or CFA  
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in Retail Banking industry  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills  
• Ability to work under pressure and well organized  
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
