We are looking for Type 1,6 Responsible Officer candidates of high caliber with flowing requirements:  

Responsibilities:

• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 1, 6 regulated activities
• Current holder of SFC unconditional Responsible Officer ("RO") license for Type 1 & 6 regulated activities preferred. However, well experienced representative and qualified candidates to apply for the RO will also be considered if they have 5+ years’ experiences.
• Lead a corporate finance team and strengthening the corporate advisory capacity
• Responsible for origination and execution
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, issuers, shareholders, banking and lending institutions, etc.
• Responsible for corporate finance projects, such as IPO, M&A, placements and financial advisory for the Listed Company (the mother company)
• Monitor daily business operations
• Ensure full regulatory compliance with SFC and implement effective internal control mechanisms

Requirements:

• University degree in Banking/Finance or any related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in financial industry
• A licensed Responsible Officer with unconditional license under the SFC for Type 6 regulated activities currently   
• Flexible working hour RO (Part-time) will also be considered
• Excellent command of Cantonese, Putonghua and English will be essential.
• Solid experience in corporate finance transactions (IPOs, financial advisory, rights issue or share offerings) gained from international and reputable regional investment banks will be preferred
• Good understanding of Securities and Futures Ordinance, SFC Code of Conduct and rules
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong communication and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, a good team player, detail-oriented and self-motivated
