Our client is a well-established beauty centre. They are now looking for high caliber candidates to join their family.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, formulate and execute human resources plans and strategies
• Conduct training, appraisal, insurance claims, staff record management, recruitment, payroll and any other duties in HR function
• Perform staff development planning and execution
• Plan and implement employee relations activities
• Review and update staff manuals and guidelines
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for workforce planning
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, in beauty care industry is preferred
• Hands-on experience in all-rounded HR duties, especially in staff development and appraisal
• Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation
• Excellent presentation and communications skills
• Independent, initiative, well-organized, good team player, and good people skills
• Good command of spoken & written Chinese and English, Mandarin is preferred
•  Proficiency in PC skills and MS office applications
• Immediate availability is preferred
