Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal users to tackle IT issues
• Support PC profile installation, online document management, email system and network management
• Responsible to computer and network system upgrade / program edit.
• Perform administrative works associated with personnel, housekeeping, coordinating and specific projects as assigned
• Manage office inventory and facilities maintenance
• Ad hoc duties and projects as and when required

Requirements:

• At least 1-2years relevant work experience
• Good command of written and spoken English &Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
• Good knowledge of IT and eager to learn new technology
• Well organized, self-motivated, able to work independently and multi-tasking
• A team player
