The Requirements are:-

• Implement an effective T&D strategy to build a capable, engaged and skilled workforce
• Manage a professional and effective T&D function to support the business needs
• Provide advice to business owners on any training matters including program design, needs analysis, and consulting support, etc.
• Promote the company brand, build a culture that reinforces corporate value, engages and motivates employee performance
• Implement talent management and retention strategy to attract, develop and retain talents for the leadership pipeline
• Support other organization improvement projects or HR/Training initiatives
• University graduate in Business, Human Resources or related disciplines
• At least 8 years' experience in HR and/or T&D, with at least 2 years' experience in leading a small team, preference will be given to candidates with experience gained in sizable financial institutions
• Exposure in formalized talent management framework, succession planning and leadership competency model
• Independent, good learning agility, excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and project management skills which including planning, organizing, problem solving and analytical skills
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
