Responsibilities:

• Lead a technical team; manage the factory and equipments replace & maintenance to be completed within established timeline and budget;
• Develops and maintains a preventative maintenance schedule program for applicable equipment and machinery;
• Work closely with Production team to ensure effective and efficiently delivery of new projects;
• Arranges for and manages appropriate third-party contractor support as needed;
• Prepares budgets and secures estimates and cost quotes as needed;
• Tackle problems encountered from day to day;
• Enforces sound safety and housekeeping practices.

 Requirements:

• Higher Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical or Building Service Engineering or related discipline
• 5 years related experience in manufacturing field, in which 2 years at supervisory level and with good project management skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with solid experience is preferable
• Good communication and leadership skill
• Proficiency in both written and spoken of Mandarin
• General in both written and spoken of English
• Travel to Macau occasionally
