Duties & Responsibilities:

• To maintain effective and efficient procurement and tendering, cost control, cost estimation, payment valuation, contract administration, etc;
• To source and replenish of inventory needs of our hotels and new projects from time to time
• To assist the Procurement Manager in liaising with suppliers and internal department for sourcing;
• To administer, maintain and update record of the purchasing and manage supplier database;
• To co-ordinate between departments for executing procurement activities;
• To carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Head of Department.

 Requirements:

• Form 7 or above preferably Diploma or relevant professional qualifications in purchasing / supply management or related disciplines
• At least 1 year relevant working experience in hotel or hospitality industry
• Willing to take ownership and strong sense of responsibility;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Familiar with basic computer knowledge, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
• Detailed oriented and able to work under pressure to meet with deadline.
