The incumbent will lead and drive an account servicing team in initiating sales proposals to promote our services and products, and establishing and maintaining a constructive and sustainable relationship with existing corporate clients.

The Job:

• Establish and review business strategies to identify and grasp business opportunities
• Strategic positioning & pitching of different solutions to fit various customers’ needs and accelerate business growth with existing corporate clients
• Lead and drive the Account Servicing Team to achieve sales and revenue targets as well as resolving all kinds of service issues.
• Monitor and review sales and revenue achievement from existing clients; carry out strategic analysis and identify action plan required promptly
• Facilitate communications among internal departments to enhance/streamline existing client handling procedures
• Work closely with clients and manage a positive business relationship with them

Requirements:

• University graduate with major in marketing, business or related disciplines
• A minimum of 12 years’ business-to-business sales and/or account servicing experience in service industries with at least 5 years’ experience in a management level.
• A good team leader with revenue-driven mind and proven track records in handling corporate business clients
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Aggressive, self-motivated, result-oriented and be able to work under pressure
