Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide technical support to ensure the smooth operations of the Network Infrastructure and Cloud-based systems
• Implement, monitor and maintain the LAN/ WAN, Network, Security, VM server farms in data centers across Asia
• Evaluate, proof-of-concepts, and recommend new technology products and services (e.g. software defined networking, hyper convergence systems)
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems following ITIL processes and pre-defined SLA
• Prepare and regular review of technical documentation
• Handle project management duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ experience in system and infrastructure support
• Be passionate and quick learner of the latest Cloud-based technologies
• Solid knowledge of traditional LAN/WAN, networking, routing, WinTel and Linux systems, VMware
• Hands on experience of security products administration such as Firewall, IPS and IDS
• Understanding of Cloud infrastructure and technologies – IaaS, SaaS, data center, open networking
• Experience in programming and/or scripting, task automation, and best security practices for server installation and administration will be an advantage
• Experienced in SAN storage products, Backup products, Hyper Convergence systems will be an advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong self-motivation
• Good communication skills with good command of English and Cantonese
• Proactive and good team player
