Responsibilities:

• Desktop support for in-house staff
• Server, network and backup maintenance
• Maintain/setup hardware and software
• Communication with internal users, external vendors and customer
• Data processing and daily documents
• Analyse and upgrade IT policies, practices, hardware and software
• Assist in Ad-hoc projects as required
• Organise and record inventory of IT assets

Requirements:-

• Degree or Diploma holder in an IT related discipline
• 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role
• Basic knowledge and experienced in the followings:
  Windows server 2003 and 2008, Windows 7 and 10
  Usage of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  Excel Macro, VB Scripting
  Electronic data interchange system
  System and Network administration including FTP
  Firewalls switches and security
  Programming and Scripting with Visual FoxFro / Visual Basic
  Writing business cases, requirement gathering, planning and execution
  Adobe Photoshop and illustrator with Mac PC and OS X
• Fast learner and good problem solving skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin and Cantonese
