Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance function to establish financial goals, plans and objectives that align with the Company’s and stakeholders’ strategic vision
• Conduct analysis and prepare strategic reports on the Company’s financial performance to facilitate senior managements’ and stakeholders’ decision making
• Assume full responsibility for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the Company’s accounting and finance structure, reports, tax planning, budgetary policies and procedures
• Direct the development and regular review of effective internal financial mechanisms, including internal audit programs, budget control, cash flow management, and financial forecast
• Maintain communication with senior management and Board of Directors on all matters related to finance and jointly develop, implement and oversee the long-term financial strategy for further enhancement of market capital for the Company
• Keep abreast of the overall economy, the financial market and more importantly the Company’s financial condition in order to provide guidance to management and to make timely strategic decisions
• Ensure high integrity, accuracy and timeliness of all financial and operating data, reports, mechanics, policies and procedures, and that all decisions made to protect the assets of the Company, with minimal potential risks and maximum contribution to the financial health of the Company
• Overall company secretarial duties, ensure the compliance with HK Listing Rules and any relevant regulations, audit and tax requirements
• Oversee the group’s company secretarial activities to ensure compliance with all legal and statutory regulations, audit and tax requirements
• Organize and prepare for board meetings, shareholder meetings, announcements, document filings and register maintenance

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in corporate finance or other business related disciplines, CPA Qualified
• Possess at least 10 years’ solid financial experience, with a minimum of 3 years’ serving as CFO at a listed company; sound knowledge in IPO listing, HK listing rules and Company Ordinances
• Familiar with business operations processes, with excellent professional judgment and rich experience in handling accounting ad hoc analysis
• strategic mindset who can articulate points of view to management and make sound, well-informed and objective decisions for the Company
• Great interpersonal and presentation skills and is able to communicate well with senior management, stakeholders and staff
• Strong analytical, problem solvingand able to work under pressure
