JOB SUMMARY

• We are looking for a HR Officer or HR Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees for Pulse all locations worldwide and support HR routine job roles

REQUIREMENT:

• College graduate with bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR or relevant
• 2-4 years working experience in a business environment with an emphasis on recruitment, human resources or related, with proved work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house or a staffing agency recruiter) will be preferable
• Familiar with various recruitment channels, especially with knowledge in candidate searching from the Linked-In
• Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin, good communication and interpersonal skills, decision making skills
• With knowledge of regional employment law practices will be an advantage, but not a must

JOB DETAILS:

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirement and objectives
• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges..
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media..
• Arrange and coordinates management interviews by organizing schedules,
• Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods when appropriate to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
• Support other HR job roles or projects, such as employee compensation and benefits, employee  relationship, HRIS....
