Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Company’s e-commerce stores, update the e-shop page regularly
• Update web content and edit pictures for better user experience
• Assist in daily online orders processing (e.g. prepare order list, check payment, prepare refund documents, etc.)
• Use phone, instant messaging and email to provide fast response to customer enquiries on products, order status and after sales services
• Maintain websites and online channels to grow consumer usage, increase visitors, conversion rates and increase customers loyalty
• Assist merchandising team’s operation on E-Commerce project
• Establish and maintain policies, guidelines, standards and best practice for online platforms and website
• Perform administration duties and ensure smooth execution of online sales and promotional activities
• Perform other ad hoc duties when necessary

 Qualification & Requirements

• Degree holder with major in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience
• Knowledge in online social media & platforms, brand management
• Knowledge in Photoshop, or any photo editing skill
• Proactive, responsible, mature and good communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office Usage
• Base in Hong Kong
• Immediately available is preferred
