Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage marketing activities of Retail and Wholesale business of APA Outdoor Shop (www.apaoutdoorshop.com)
• Assist with marketing activities and strategy of APA Group (www.APA.co)
• Develop strategic collaborations, event partnerships and sponsorships with third parties and media to enhance brand visibility
• Develop the most effective marketing tools, materials and campaigns to support all sales channels, in store, media and online
• Responsible for budget planning, analysis and control
• Responsible for developing, running and measuring advertising spends to ensure strong performance for respective campaigns through effective tracking
• Provide regular performance and status reporting to Business Leads and Group Director.

Requirements:

• Passion for sports and/or outdoors
• At least 3 years of working experience in marketing field, preferably in the Retail industry.
• High level of experience and understanding of Social Media
• Proficiency in MS office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure and multiple tasks.
• Fluent in spoken and written English & Cantonese. Mandarin is bonus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills
• Well-organized, able to work independently, detail-oriented and discipline
• Have sense of humour and team player
