Job Description
Roles:
- Follow up production from order placement to shipment
- Involve in and responsible for quick resolution during bulk execution
- Place orders to factories and monitor their performance to ensure that production and shipments are on time
- Supervise merchandising activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction in product and on-time delivery
- Work closely with Development/Quality Control/Fabric & Trim/Production Support Team to monitor the product quality and production
- Hold periodical meeting within teams/headquarter to ensure proto/bulk execution on time and right
Requirement:
- Degree Holder in any discipline
- At least 10 years’ experience in garment development, production control and quality control
- Fluent in English and Mandarin in both oral and written communication
- Japanese speaker is an advantage
- Independent, detail-minded, proactive, stable with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediate availability is preferred.
