Job Description

• Report directly to the senior management;
• Lead and motive a team to manage a portfolio of group's properties including prime commercial, industrial, office premises and retail shops located mainly in Hong Kong;
• Compile marketing analysis;
• Oversee investment opportunities in the Hong Kong and overseas property market and overall business development;
• Carry out various property management tasks;
• Represent the Company in meetings of various owners committee or incorporated owners;
• Liaise and maintain excellent relationships with tenants, agents, government bodies and external contractors;
• Manage, negotiate and execute all sale, refurbishment and redevelopment and leasing activities of group's properties.

• Requirements

• Degree holder in Building Surveying, Building Management, Real Estates or related discipline;
• At least 10 years solid experience in leasing and property management, of which 5 years should be at a managerial level;
• Well-versed with Deeds of Mutual Covenant, the Building Management Ordinance and other real estates related regulations;
• Strong exposure to a wide variety of real estate disciplines including finance, legal, leasing and marketing as well as property management systems and facilities;
• Be able to deal with owners committees or incorporated owners as well as various government departments effectively;
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is essential.Ability to speak Putonghua an asset.
