Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily store operation including manpower planning, stock management etc
• Establish and maintain exceptional quality of shopping environment and customer service
• Ensure store operation standards and daily housekeeping standards are maintained at all times 
• Perform daily sales activities and achieve sales targets prescribed by the company

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury fashion retail, at least 2 years in supervisory level
• Possess passion for fashion and desire to provide great customer service
• A self-motivated team-player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
