Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive customers’ phone calls, faxes, e-mails and handle accordingly
- Liaise directly with customers on service request & general inquiries for collection, delivery, provision of material, etc. and ensure customers are provided with courteous, friendly, and efficient service
- Support sales team & ensure proper communication with Operations and notify Management of any difficulties
- Handle correspondence & documentation, department filling and record storage administration management
- Produce standard reports and monthly invoices for customers
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification or above
- Degree in marketing or BBA related discipline preferred (final year students are also welcome to apply)
- 1 year of relevant experience in customer service field
- Good sense of time management
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Good computer knowledge
- Strong sense of responsibility, pleasant and cheerful and a good team player
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
