Job Responsibilities:

l   Provide full range of travel consultancy services to our corporate clients include flight, hotel, cruise 

    reservations or other travel arrangement via phone or email.

l   Handle requests and enquiries promptly, accurately and professionally.

l   Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required.

Job Duties:

l   Form 5 or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Tourism Management or related discipline

l   1 year relevant experience in Travel & Tourism Industry is preferable

l   Knowledge of ticketing system ( Abacus or Amadeus)

l   Good command of Chinese and English

l   Customer service orientated with good communication and listening skills

l   Proficient in PC operation with Chinese word processing

l   Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently

l   Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Travel Consultant
