We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to support our Sales & Marketing team and handle administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a receptionist and handle general office administrative duties, e.g. handling incoming calls & faxes and office supplies procurement, etc.
• Issue purchase orders, delivery notes and arrange local delivery.
• Handle slight accounting work.
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Form 7 or above.
• At least 3 years working experiences in either administration or sales support.
• Computer literate, well-versed in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
• Responsible, detail-minded and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-initiative, hardworking, articulate, a fast learner with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skill is a must.
• Immediate available is preferable.

5.5 days alternative Saturdays.
