ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise an accounting team and prepare timely month end closing & reporting
• Proper accounting records and daily accounting duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and other ad-hoc assignments
• Maintain and ensure accounting functions in compliance with corporate policies
• Liaise with external auditors in respect of taxation issues and yearly audits.

 QUALIFICATION – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSING

• Degree holder in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent
• Qualified accountant with at least 7 years experience with regional work experience in manufacturing industry
• Preferably have prior experience working in external audit (big 4)
• Share service share experience is an advantage.

REQUIREMENT – (1) KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES

• Proficient in SAP is advantageous
• Sound knowledge of HK/PRC accounting standards and tax regulations is preferable
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Good analytical skills in financial control, cash flow, forecast, budgeting with strong PC skills including MS Office and computer-based accounting system.
