 Job Description

• Answer telephone calls relating to reservations and inquires
• Reconfirm table reservations 
• Maintain guest database
• Responsible for E-mail with promptly reply to any customer requests in effective and polite manner
• Corss-check special menus with the kitchen and service personnel on a daily basis, ensuring all parties and the member received the correct information
• Escort guests to the fully set-up table and assists in seating members by pulling their chairs
• Greet guests and promotie brand through good relations and professional image
• Serve drinks and food orders when necessary
  

 Job Requirement
 

• F.5 or above
• A minimum of 2 years related experience
• Good command of spoken English & Chinese
