FastLane Group is a fast growing and dynamic entrepreneurial team in professional services and investment industry.   We are seeking a high caliber Executive Assistant to join our professional team and assist the daily operations and administration of the company.  

The Role   

• Provide secretarial and administrative supports
• Support executive team in managing calendars and priority setting 
• Manage good communications and coordinations with services parties and partners
• Prepare and draft presentation materials
• Prepare, coordinate and attend corporate events and client visits
• Participate in and follow up on business deal closures
• Maintain and periodic review office administration operation and procedures
• Assist in data input, record keeping, filing and other accounting work

 
Requirements
 

• Ideally 2-3 years working experiences in a fast moving and professional environment
• Be highly proactive and self-driven
• Good problem solving skills and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and Powerpoint
• Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese

We offer five working days and performance bonus.
