Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent;
• At least 5 years accounting experience with at least 1 year at supervisor level;
• Experience in retail and/or wholesale companies is an advantage;
• Proficient in computer software applications including MS Word and Excel;
• Independent, mature and responsible;
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Mandarin;
• Experience in Flex accounting system is an advantage;
• Immediately available preferably.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and month end closing;
• Supervise a team of accounting staff;
• Maintain routine accounting operations;
• Prepare yearly budgets according to the company's requirement;
• Monitor credit control and accounts receivable collection;
• coordinate with auditor in connection with annual audit process and taxation matters;
• Responsible for ad hoc assignments as required.
