Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day to day operations and administration of the Centre

• Scheduling classes
• Manage billings and collections process
• Student administrative matters
• Responsible for maintaining professional appearance of centre and staff

o    Ensuring the cleanliness and safe operations of the centre

• Establishing excellent rapport and communication with parents, students and teachers 
  

• Sales

o    Responding to enquiries from all lead sources with the objective of student enrolment

o    Managing student enrolment and process (enquiries, assessments, registration)

o    Planning for student growth

• Marketing

o    Plan and implement for marketing activities for the learning centre

o    Conduct sales consultations during centre marketing events and community liaison events

Requirements

• Candidate should have min A Levels or Diploma Certification. Past experiences in Education, early childhood enrichments establishments or kindergarten will be most preferred.
• Possess Excellent communication skills with adults and children
• Customer-oriented
• Good team player
• Good English- and Cantonese/Mandarin-speaking skills
• Able to work with parents, children and expats
• Working Hours:

o    Tuesday to Friday 9.30am to 7.30pm

o    Saturday: 8:30am to 6:30pm

o    Off days: Sunday and Monday
