KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to Senior Project Manager and your responsibilities will include:

• To monitor and supervise overall site activities
• To control costs in order to ensure the project is executed within budget
• Liaise with clients, various consultants and suppliers
• To gather and analyze data relating to work progress, adequacy and effectiveness
• Achieve the project goals in terms of quality and timing
• Responsible to update all related parties on the progress at regular basis
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years’ on site experience for luxury retail projects with fitting out experience is a MUST.
• Cantonese/ Mandarin Speaker with Advanced English Skills
• Computer Literate (AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Project)
• Strong technical detail knowledge
• Willing to travel, able to work under pressure & meet deadlines
• Strong Leadership & negotiation skill
• Self motivated & strong sense of responsibility
• Working experience at China Retail Market is preferred
• Solid experience in E & M
