Job nature & Key Responsibilities

• Provide full range of travel consultancy services to customers include flight, hotel reservations or other travel arrangement via email & phone
• Plan tour itineraries and handle customers’ enquires
• Promote worldwide short haul & long haul package

Skills and requirements

• High Diploma or above or equivalent disciplines; 1-2 years related travel experience will be preferred
• Result-oriented person with outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Good communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English as well as Chinese (preferably Putonghua)
• Able to work independently
• Less experience is also welcome
