Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementation of various marketing initiatives and programmes relating to membership recruitment and retention such as AGM, cocktails, fellowship programmes, etc;
• Assist in membership administration including membership renewal, maintaining an updated membership database; handling enquires from prospects and members; being a reception relief when necessary;
• Facilitate production and postage of membership brochures, souvenirs and other related marketing collaterals.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with at least 2 years’ experience in event management;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage; strong computer skills especially in excel, dbase knowledge and Chinese data entry; 
• A good team player with good initiatives and common sense; hardworking, customer-oriented with good organizational/ interpersonal skills, a "can-do" attitude and an eye for details.
